As a family-run business, we’re taking a short break over the holidays. To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your orders or update subscriptions by 18th December.

📦 Delivery Cut-Off Dates:

  • Last order for pre-Christmas delivery: 19th December (DPD), 20th December (Royal Mail)
  • Regular deliveries resume 6th January. Orders placed during this time, including subscriptions, will dispatch automatically on our return.

Free Next Working Day Delivery

  • Enjoy Free Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £29.99.
  • Orders under £29.99 will incur a delivery charge of £3.99.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a Bank Holiday).

During busy periods, dispatch may take an extra day. While we strive for next-day delivery, it cannot be guaranteed.

Do I Have to Be Home to Receive My Order?

Yes, for raw food orders, it’s important to place items in the freezer as soon as possible upon arrival.

If you can’t be home, you may nominate a neighbor (via the courier’s app) to accept delivery. Please ensure the parcel is kept in a cool, shaded area until collected. Note that if the courier leaves the goods in a safe place or with a neighbor, you are responsible for their condition upon receipt.

How Are Orders Packed?

We use Poly Plus Boxes for raw food orders, designed to maintain freshness and ensure safe transit.

  • The insulated polystyrene interior keeps food cool.
  • An additional corrugated cardboard outer layer provides extra protection and insulation.

This eco-friendly packaging ensures your products arrive intact, fresh, and well-presented.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Delivery is available across most UK regions. However, we do not deliver raw dog food to the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, KW1-17, FK17-21, IV1-56, PH19-50, PA20-78, IM1-2, HS1-9, ZE1-3, TR, KA1-28, and Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight.

Before submitting your order, double-check your name, address, and contact details. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays, for which we cannot be held responsible. Allow extra time for deliveries to remote areas and during seasonal surges.
