If you receive an antler chew that's not the right strength for your dog, please don't hesitate to ask for an exchange. We're here to help you find a suitable solution to ensure a tailored and enjoyable chewing experience for your furry friend.
Return and Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Antler chews/treats must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Raw dog food is not available to return due to frozen products.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping unless we ship the incorrect item or there's a product defect.
