At Wild Antler, we want you and your furry friend to be delighted with your antler chews and treats. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Chewing Experience

If you receive an antler chew that's not the right strength for your dog, please don't hesitate to ask for an exchange. We're here to help you find a suitable solution to ensure a tailored and enjoyable chewing experience for your furry friend.

Return and Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. Antler chews/treats must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Raw dog food is not available to return due to frozen products.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Simone at info@wildantler.co.uk 

  2. Securely pack the antler chews/treats in their original packaging, including a copy of your purchase receipt.

  3. Ship to the provided address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless we ship the incorrect item or there's a product defect.

Refund or Exchange

After receiving and verifying the return:

  1. Refund: We'll credit your original payment method.

  2. Exchange: We'll send the new item you prefer at no extra cost.
